GitHub Copilot in Slack and Teams gains per-thread model switching, Slack file context and default repos, all running on the cloud agent

The 09-25 public preview for Copilot Business and Enterprise lets users switch models for the next message and keep that choice for the thread. It reads Slack files, attachments and message links as context and sets default owners and repositories in Slack. It also checks for duplicate issues before filing one. Admins must enable the Copilot cloud agent policy first, and usage draws on existing cloud-agent budgets.
