In a Sep 25 interview with Alex Heath, Satya Nadella said agents could create a market orders of magnitude larger than cloud. He also said AI leaders should prove economic gains to workers rather than ask for trust. Microsoft launched a Copilot 'super app' the same day with Home, Office, Code and an Autopilot agent that Heath reports is built on OpenClaw and runs with its own identity and permissions in Microsoft 365. Nadella called it "a new OS for work that spans every model" and told Deirdre Bosa that "trust is going to be the biggest issue for us," at a time when Microsoft is pulling Copilot out of Windows 11.
