Claude Code v2.1.80: Statusline Rate Limit Tracking, Inline Plugin Declaration, Opus 4.6 Token Limit Bump

Version 2.1.80 (March 20) exposes rate limit data (used_percentage and resets_at) directly in statusline scripts for both 5-hour and 7-day windows. Plugins can now be declared inline in settings.json via source: 'settings' without a marketplace install. Default max output tokens for Opus 4.6 raised to 64k; upper bound for Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6 raised to 128k. File autocomplete saves ~80MB at startup on large repos.
