Windsurf's Wave 13 release makes SWE-1.5 free for all users for the next 3 months (same intelligence as paid tier, full SWE-Bench-Pro performance). The update also adds five concurrent parallel Cascade agents via git worktrees, Arena Mode for blind A/B comparison of two agents with voting, and Plan Mode as a dedicated pre-implementation planning phase.
