Cisco Launches DefenseClaw Open-Source Agent Security Framework and Zero Trust for AI Agents at RSA 2026

Cisco announced DefenseClaw at RSA 2026, an open-source framework integrating Skills Scanner, MCP Scanner, AI BoM, and CodeGuard to automatically scan, sandbox, and inventory every AI agent skill and MCP server. Cisco also launched Zero Trust Access for AI agents via Duo IAM with MCP policy enforcement, and AI Defense Explorer Edition for self-service red-teaming. A Cisco survey found 85% of enterprises experiment with AI agents but only 5% have reached production.
