Oracle announced March 24 a Unified Memory Core that provides persistent, stateful memory for AI agents directly within the database engine. Agents reason across vector, JSON, graph, relational, text, spatial, and columnar data in one converged engine with consistent transactions and row/column-level security. The companion Private Agent Factory is a no-code platform for deploying data-centric agents as portable containers. Positions the database as the primary control point for enterprise agent automation rather than a bolt-on vector store.
