Anthropic shipped computer use in Claude Cowork and Claude Code on March 23-24, letting Claude control mouse, keyboard, and screen on macOS. The system follows a precision hierarchy: connectors first (Slack, Google Calendar), then browser navigation, then full screen control — only escalating when no integration exists. Dispatch pairs with it to let users assign tasks from iPhone and pick up completed work on desktop. Built on the February 2026 Vercept acquisition. Pro and Max subscribers only.
