Claude Code Ultraplan Research Preview: Cloud-Offloaded Planning with Browser Review and Terminal Teleport

Anthropic launched Ultraplan as a research preview in Claude Code. It offloads complex planning tasks to Claude Opus running in the cloud for up to 30 minutes while your terminal stays free. Plans are drafted in a browser with inline commenting, emoji reactions, and an outline sidebar. When approved, you can either execute in the cloud (and open a PR) or teleport the plan back to your terminal with /ultraplan. Requires Claude Code on the web account and a GitHub repository.
