Google released Gemini 3.1 Flash TTS, a next-generation text-to-speech model featuring 200+ audio tags for granular control over vocal style, pace, and delivery. The model supports 70+ languages, native multi-speaker dialogue without separate API calls, and achieved an Elo score of 1,211 on the Artificial Analysis TTS leaderboard.
