Ultraplan offloads the planning phase to Anthropic's Cloud Container Runtime, running Opus in a remote container for up to 30 minutes while your terminal stays free. Plans are reviewed in a rich browser interface with inline comments, emoji reactions, and an outline sidebar. After review, developers choose: execute on the web and create a PR, or teleport the plan back to the terminal for local implementation.
