ServiceNow Context Engine: 85B Workflows and 7T Transactions Power Enterprise-Grade Agent Memory

The Letter Two / CIO.commedium signal

ServiceNow unveiled Context Engine in April, a system that gives AI agents access to an organization's institutional knowledge, relationships, and decision history in real time. Built on ServiceNow's Service Graph, Knowledge Graph, and data inventory, it draws from 85 billion workflows and seven trillion transactions. Developers can now build with Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, or Windsurf and deploy directly to the ServiceNow AI Platform. For builders: this is ServiceNow's moat play — competitors can match the agent runtime, but nobody else has 85B enterprise workflows as training context for agent decision-making.
