Google Gemini Hits 750M Monthly Active Users, $185B CapEx Planned for 2026

Sundar Pichai reported Gemini now processes 10B+ tokens per minute via API and the Gemini App has grown to 750M+ monthly active users. Alphabet announced it may spend $185B on capital expenditures in 2026, more than double 2025. Pichai described Google Search evolving into an 'Agent Orchestrator' that autonomously completes complex tasks, with 2027 as the tipping point. In January, the Google-Apple deal to run Siri on Gemini pushed Alphabet to a $4T market cap for the first time.
