Between April 14-16, three major SaaS categories simultaneously shipped fundamental AI pivots: HubSpot switched Breeze to outcome-based pricing at $0.50/resolution (CRM/support, April 14), Windsurf 2.0 embedded Devin as a cloud agent with full agent orchestration (devtools, April 15), and Canva launched AI 2.0 with agentic design orchestration and memory (design/creative, April 16). All three moves share the same architectural pattern: replacing feature-based products with agent-orchestrated workflows.
