Open WebUI Desktop v0.0.8: System-Wide Push-to-Talk Voice Input and Bundled llama.cpp

Released April 20, Open WebUI Desktop v0.0.8 adds system-wide push-to-talk voice transcription — press Shift+Cmd+Space from any app to record audio that's automatically transcribed and sent to an active chat. The release also bundles llama.cpp for offline local inference, with previously downloaded binaries auto-detected on startup. A fullscreen spotlight overlay replaces the old floating window, making it feel like a native OS feature.
