Gizmodomedium signal

Gizmodo reports OpenAI shareholders are questioning Sam Altman's fitness to lead the company public, citing his attention increasingly diverted to side projects — most recently asking the OpenAI board to lead a funding round for Helion Energy, a nuclear fusion startup in which he's a major shareholder.
