Adobe Marketing Agent Goes GA Across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise

At Adobe Summit on April 20, Adobe announced its Marketing Agent is generally available in Microsoft 365 Copilot and in beta across Anthropic Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and IBM watsonx Orchestrate. The agent surfaces customer experience intelligence — performance insights, target audiences, and journey analytics — grounded in first-party data from Adobe Experience Platform, directly into the AI platforms enterprises already use. This is part of Adobe CX Enterprise, a new end-to-end agentic AI system for managing the customer lifecycle.
