ServiceNow Completes $7.75B Armis Acquisition — Extends AI Platform Into OT, IoT, and Medical Devices
ServiceNow closed its $7.75B cash acquisition of Armis on April 21, funded through cash on hand and debt. The deal extends ServiceNow's AI platform into operational technology, IoT, and medical device environments with real-time cyber exposure management. Combined with the March 2026 Veza acquisition (~$1B for AI-native identity security), ServiceNow claims the two deals more than triple its addressable market for security and risk solutions. Stock rose 1% on completion despite the broader SaaS selloff.
