Top enterprise use cases: customer service (49%), marketing (46%), security operations (46%), and IT support (45%). Separately, traffic from autonomous AI agents surged 7,851% year-over-year, with machine-to-machine exchanges now dominating web activity. The gap between adoption breadth (89%) and production agent deployment maturity (single digits per Stanford) suggests most 'agent usage' is lightweight copilot-style, not autonomous agent deployment.
