Cognition AI (Devin) in Funding Talks at $25B Valuation — 2.5x in Months

Cognition AI, maker of the autonomous AI software engineer Devin, is in early talks to raise hundreds of millions at a $25B valuation, more than doubling from $10.2B after a $400M round months prior, Bloomberg reported April 23. Devin's ARR grew from $1M (September 2024) to $73M (June 2025). The AI coding startup space is white-hot following SpaceX's $60B Cursor option.
