Claude Code Ships xhigh Effort Level, /tui Fullscreen Mode, and Push Notification Tool

Recent Claude Code updates add an xhigh effort level for Opus 4.7 (between high and max), Auto mode for Max subscribers using Opus 4.7, a /tui fullscreen command for flicker-free terminal rendering, and a push notification tool that sends mobile alerts when Remote Control is enabled. Also fixes a credential save crash on Linux/Windows that was corrupting ~/.claude/.credentials.json.
