PASS: Blockchain Wallet Subaccount System Enables Multi-Actor Coordination for AI Agent Wallets

Introduces a provenanced access subaccount system for blockchain wallets that explicitly addresses AI agent custody scenarios. Traditional wallets assume unilateral private-key control, which breaks for emerging settings like AI agent wallets, organizational custody, and enterprise payroll where multiple actors must coordinate. PASS provides provenance-tracked subaccounts without requiring full key delegation.
