Anthropic released Ultraplan as a research preview, moving Claude Code's planning phase to cloud infrastructure running Opus 4.6 in a remote container for up to 30 minutes. Developers review plans in a browser with inline comments, emoji reactions, and a structured outline sidebar, then choose to execute in the same cloud session (opening a PR) or teleport the plan back to the local terminal. Requires a GitHub repo and Claude Code web account (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise).
