Anthropic Launches 9 Claude Connectors for Creative Tools: Adobe, Blender, Autodesk, Ableton, Splice

Anthropic released nine connectors on April 28 that let Claude operate directly inside professional creative applications. The Adobe connector provides 50+ tools across Photoshop, Premiere, Firefly, and Express; Blender integration enables scene analysis and custom tool creation via Python API; Autodesk Fusion allows 3D model creation through natural language. Anthropic also joined the Blender Development Fund as a patron and launched academic partnerships with RISD, Ringling College, and Goldsmiths. This positions Claude as the first frontier model with deep, native creative tool integration — a significant expansion beyond code and text into visual and audio workflows.
