Versana Raises $43M Led by BNP Paribas — Digital Loan Infrastructure Covers $4.1T in Notional Value
Versana closed a $43M round led by BNP Paribas with Apollo, Fitch Ventures, and MassMutual Ventures as new investors, bringing total capital raised past $125M. The company's real-time digital infrastructure for syndicated loans and private credit now covers $4.1T in notional value. Follow-on investments came from Bank of America, Barclays, Citi, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, U.S. Bancorp, and Wells Fargo.
