JumpCloud's Agentic IAM Pulse Report (May 5) reveals a widening governance gap: 72% of organizations have AI agents in production, 31% in business-critical workflows (financial reporting, HR provisioning, customer-facing). But 66% grant agents equal or greater system access than human employees, only 17% have a designated security leader accountable for agent actions, 55% lack a centralized kill switch, and human-in-the-loop drops from 48% (testing) to 29% (production). Non-human identities now outnumber humans at 53% of organizations.
