At Knowledge 2026 (May 5), ServiceNow expanded AI Control Tower to discover, govern, observe, secure, and measure every AI agent across the enterprise regardless of origin. Now included in every product and package by default. Deepened integration with Microsoft Agent 365 and launched Project Arc, a self-evolving autonomous desktop agent for knowledge workers. Also introduced Action Fabric (open system for any AI agent to execute governed work), Autonomous Security and Risk (integrating Armis + Veza acquisitions), and 20 new AI Specialists for IT, CRM, HR, security.
