Tip: claude project purge Deletes All Claude Code State for a Project

New CLI command `claude project purge [path]` removes all Claude Code state (sessions, cache, memory) from a specified project directory. Useful when starting fresh after major refactors, switching branches with incompatible context, or cleaning up after experiments. The path argument is optional — omit it to purge the current directory.
