Windsurf integrates Devin for Terminal and a new Devin Local agent, giving all subscribers a fast CLI workflow with cloud handoff and multi-model support. Also ships Adaptive model selection — the model picker auto-selects the best model per task to extend quota — and Arena Mode for side-by-side model comparison with hidden identities.
