OpenAI President Greg Brockman was forced to read his personal diary entries to the jury in the Musk v. OpenAI trial. A November 2017 entry stated 'it'd be wrong to steal the nonprofit from him... to convert to a b-corp without him... that'd be pretty morally bankrupt.' Brockman attempted to reframe the entry, saying he meant it would serve the mission but 'would be hard to look at yourself in the mirror.'
