Per the changelog, subagents can now spawn their own subagents up to five levels, each in an isolated context window, each returning only a summary to the parent. The real win is context hygiene: delegate the noisy, token-heavy work (large file reads, log scraping, repetitive verification) to a deeper agent that starts fresh, so the parent stays clean.
