Fetching from the wire…

It has only 110 GitHub stars, but Juspay pulled it from the same stack that runs its live payments infrastructure, not a side project.
Why now: It surfaced in the July 16 briefing on new open-source AI infrastructure.
Juspay released neurolink, a TypeScript library that connects to more than two dozen LLM providers through one interface, according to its GitHub repo.
For teams juggling 24 or more model providers, that's real integration work saved: one interface instead of separate wrappers for each vendor.
The project also wires up 58 or more MCP servers. It adds voice handling for text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and realtime audio, along with RAG, memory, and file processors.
Neurolink sits at 110 stars, which by GitHub norms reads as unproven. But it didn't start as a demo project chasing adoption. It came out of Juspay's own production stack, the same one that runs the company's payments infrastructure. A tool pulled from live traffic has already been tested in ways a lot of higher-starred side projects haven't.
The repo doesn't say which of these integrations have been hardened against Juspay's own production traffic and which were added later for coverage. That distinction matters more than the star count, and the adapters themselves are the place to check it, not the README.
