Those numbers matter because health systems, law firms, and insurers decide whether to hand routine work to software that used to need a human sign-off. Vertical agents could reshape 30-40 percent of a $450 billion SaaS market by 2028, per the same saasmag.com analysis. That's an analyst estimate, not a deployment count, so I'd trust the numbers above it more than the market-size claim itself.
Abridge backs that up with capital. It added a $316 million extension in April on top of $300 million already raised, putting its valuation at $5.3 billion.
