Workflows author in YAML with Power Fx formulas for state and expressions, conditions, loops and jumps, sequential and conditional routing, function tools, MCP and HTTP endpoints, human-in-the-loop approval pauses, and checkpoint/resume, then load as ordinary Workflow instances executing identically to code-first ones.
