TechCrunch reported July 27 that Claude share links and Artifacts were indexed because the public pages lacked proper noindex markup. Reviewed documents included what appeared to be a detailed patient medical report, clinical trial results with patient names, contact details for primary-school-aged children, and internal-only company documents. Results largely disappeared by Sunday and Bing followed. Deindexing doesn't revoke the URLs, so anyone holding a saved link can still retrieve the content unless it's killed server-side.
