Its README claims roughly 50% token savings and 30% time savings during planning, with no published benchmark backing either number, so treat as vendor claims. The framing is the notable part: arguing flat markdown context files don't scale as a codebase grows. Given the memory-decay paper above, that argument has research support even if the numbers don't.
