Anyone suggests changes, admins control access, consumed via MCP, works with any agent. Notable because the same team builds UTCP, the competing open tool-calling protocol. Their bet is that everyone already dumps skills into GitHub repos and the missing product is the approval workflow, not the storage. I think they're right.
