ai-sdk-provider-claude-code v4.1.0 exposes an option that drops the turn containing a given chain-entry UUID from restored context when resuming a session, the companion to resumeSessionAt. It bumped its exact SDK pin from 0.3.205 to 0.3.226 and notes this was the only new Options key. It's not in the public Agent SDK session docs, so a third-party changelog is currently the best reference.
