That's the entire conference, not a highlight reel, at zero cost. For anyone building on Claude Code past personal-project scale, the sessions on caching, agent evaluation, and harness design are the kind of operational detail companies don't usually hand out for free.
The lineup includes the keynote, a conversation between Dario and Daniela Amodei, and a live coding session pairing Claude Code's Boris Cherny with Bun creator Jarred Sumner. Those three are the ones that will get clipped and shared. The engineering talks are where the operational detail lives: GitHub covered caching, Datadog described a universal machine tool for Claude Code, and Cursor explained giving coding agents their own computers. Replit's talk breaks down how it evaluates its agent at scale, and one session covers memory and dreaming for self-learning agents, a research angle that rarely shows up in product talks.
If you're running Claude Code past a single project, GitHub's caching talk and Datadog's session are worth blocking time for first. Both describe harness design at a scale most builders won't hit this year but should be building toward now.
I run Claude Code daily on my own projects, solo, nowhere near Datadog's scale. I don't know exactly what their caching talk covers beyond the title, but watching a team solve that problem at 1000x the size I run at usually shows which parts of a smaller setup are a shortcut and which are load-bearing.
The source doesn't say whether Anthropic plans to keep doing this after every future Code with Claude event, or whether San Francisco was a one-off.
