oh-my-claudecode adds approval gates and rollback

oh-my-claudecode 5.3.0 went up September 6 with 8 merged pull requests. PR #3960 puts approval gates and workspace checkpoint and rollback into the graph runtime that coordinates the tool's agent teams.

A long-running agent team can now pause and wait for a human decision instead of running to completion unsupervised. If the run goes sideways, you can rewind the workspace to a checkpoint instead of starting over from scratch.

The release notes don't say how granular the checkpoints are. One snapshot per approval gate is a different tool than checkpoints taken more often, and that detail decides whether rollback saves you time or just gives you one big undo button.

Install is split two ways. The npm CLI and the Claude Code marketplace plugin are separate tracks, and both need a manual update to pick up 5.3.0. Update only one and you're running a mismatched setup.
