I use Claude Code every day in my personal projects, and I've never reread an old transcript except to debug a failure. It's the first tool I've seen treat old sessions as a corpus instead of exhaust.

The repo went up September 3 and sits at 64 stars. It's too early to know if the pattern matching holds up on messier codebases. A workflow you did once because of a one-off bug looks the same to a pattern matcher as one you repeat weekly. How Penelopa tells those apart is worth watching.
