Repeat-After-Me is a black-box adaptive visual prompt injection reaching above 80% attack success on Qwen3.6-27B and 47% on GPT-5.5, under a realistic setting where the benign user prompt is unrelated to and doesn't authorize the injected task (arXiv 2609.04533). Injections optimized on one surrogate retain 43-46% success against two commercial victims. The demonstrated OpenClaw case opens the door to remote code execution and secret exfiltration. The detail I'd act on: it works where adaptive textual injection fails, so a text-only injection filter is not covering the image path.

The first systematic study of deceptive UI impact on LLM web agents, accepted at IEEE S&P 2026, tested against real e-commerce, streaming, and news dark patterns. Gemini 2.5 Pro: 65.78% susceptibility. Claude 3.7 Sonnet: 53.79%. GPT-4o: 51.26%. Guardrail models and prompt post...
Skill-α (arXiv 2608.01678) reframes skill generation as RL over sequential edits, decomposing skill construction into individually evaluable changes. The novel signal is a rollback reward that scores each modification by comparing downstream task execution using the original s...
Deng et al. built 120 real-case-grounded tasks across 20 business scenes in six financial domains, running four self-evolving scaffolds on a shared Qwen3.7-Max backbone against paired non-evolving controls. Letta posted the highest evolved score (91.65) and fewest compliance i...
