Notion 3.7 ships team-shared agent skills and sub-agents that delegate.

The September 15 release adds Skills, reusable instructions encoding how a team works, living in a Notion database and versioned for the whole workspace. Custom Agents can now delegate to other Custom Agents with their own instructions and access levels, sit embedded inside docs, and connect to GitHub, Amplitude and others through Custom MCP connections with per-action approval (beta on Business and Enterprise). Also: an iOS Agents app, Agent SDK in public beta, a model picker across Opus 5, GPT-5.6 Sol and Kimi K3, and 50% faster AI Search.
