AiSDR built it on nearly 18,000 past campaigns, and ProductBridge used the same no-per-seat pricing this year in support software.
Why now: Ami AI's Product Hunt launch on September 18 puts a specific number, $250 flat, on how outbound AI pricing is diverging from per-seat software.
Ami AI prices outbound sales outreach at $250 a month with no per-seat charge, per its Product Hunt listing on September 18. That structure threatens Apollo and Outreach directly. Both charge per seat, so revenue grows with headcount, and matching a flat $250 rate means cutting into revenue they already collect.
AiSDR, the team behind Ami AI, built it on experience running nearly 18,000 past campaigns. The software reads a company's website, picks buyer targets, writes and runs email and LinkedIn outreach, and adjusts the sequences while they're live. AiSDR pitches the setup as conversational, closer to Lovable's approach to building a site than a sequence builder.
ProductBridge used the same flat-rate structure in support software. It launched with no per-seat fee and no per-tracked-user fee, naming Canny, Featurebase and Intercom as the tools it undercuts directly.
Apollo and Outreach can't drop to flat pricing without shrinking the per-seat revenue they collect. The more likely move is bundling AI-run outreach into existing seat tiers instead of competing on price directly. Watch whether either announces a flat-rate outbound tier before the end of the year.

Vector Agents' 2026 comparison shows a clean bifurcation. AI-assisted incumbents still price per human (Apollo $49–99/seat, Outreach $100–160/seat) while fully autonomous agents price per outcome or per machine: 11x.ai at $5,000–$10,000/month, AiSDR around $900/month, Artisan/...
Per-seat pricing is dying. Not slowly. Not in theory. Right now, across three unrelated categories, simultaneously. HubSpot: $0.50 per resolved conversation. Salesforce Agentforce: $800M ARR on "Agentic Work Units," converting 20 trillion tokens into 2.4 billion discrete measu...

This is the most complete production-agent build sheet I've seen anyone publish, and almost every number in it argues against how the rest of us are building agents. Replit disclosed the internals of two production agents at SaaStr AI 2026: 10K, an autonomous VP of Marketing,...
$688 billion in hyperscaler AI capex against $110 billion of revenue. No capex breakeven until 2031 or 2032. Those are Scale Venture Partners' Rory O'Driscoll's numbers from SaaStr AI 2026, and they're the backdrop for the most useful strategy conversation I've read this month...
