Codex can force all inter-agent traffic onto a shared message board.

PR #47540, merged September 23, adds features.multi_agent_v2.disable_direct_message. Turn it on and Codex removes send_message and followup_task, keeps spawning and automatic child results, and requires a board post tool. Combined with the collusion paper above, a searchable shared board beats private side channels for more than one reason.
