agent-of-empires v1.17.1 now keeps a shared git worktree when its ownership check is incomplete or racing, instead of removing it. (release) Config is seeded only from declared native agent stores and CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR is no longer exported for the default Claude store. Running parallel agents in worktrees on an older version could lose committed work to that race.
