The July 23 beta puts every active agent on one console because HubSpot's own agents had been working from different pictures of the same customer.
Why now: HubSpot pushed the beta to every Professional and Enterprise account at once on July 23 instead of a small pilot, which is why the coordination fix is worth watching as it spreads.
HubSpot opened Agent Hub and Agent Builder to beta on July 23, per the company's announcement. Every Professional and Enterprise customer gets access. HubSpot says the reason is that multiple agents in one account had been working from different pictures of the same customer.
Agent Hub is the console: live status and performance for every active agent, per HubSpot. It also surfaces dormant agents so a customer can reactivate one with a click. Agent Builder sits next to it, a no-code canvas that assembles agents in natural language from Smart CRM context, HubSpot's layer of customer data.
HubSpot is positioning Agent Hub as the fix for agents that don't agree on the same customer record, not as a smarter individual agent. That's the coordination problem every team running multiple AI agents eventually hits, arriving inside enterprise CRM software.
HubSpot's announcement doesn't say how Agent Hub resolves it when agents disagree about the same record, only that it surfaces status and performance. Whether that's visibility or actual reconciliation is the detail worth watching as accounts run more than one agent at once.
