Daily optimization runs replaced end-of-campaign retrospectives, shrinking the feedback loop from months to days, says CMO Denise Persson.
Why now: The account appeared in a SaaStr interview with Snowflake's CMO, published July 27, 2026.
Snowflake cut cost-per-opportunity 30% over six months by consolidating fragmented marketing channels into one shared agent, according to CMO Denise Persson.
Cost-per-opportunity is the number sales leaders use to judge marketing spend, and Snowflake moved it by close to a third in half a year. The org running it is 700 people, all working off one shared agent instead of separate team tools. That's a structural bet: agent access built into how the org runs, not a productivity tool bolted onto existing workflows.
The agent, called Raven, isn't limited to marketing. It's shared with sales, and every skill inside it is centrally certified rather than built ad hoc by whichever team needs it.
The 30% cut came from two changes: folding fragmented media channels into one system, and replacing end-of-campaign retrospectives with daily optimization runs. The feedback loop went from months to days.
Persson told SaaStr she starts her day talking to her data instead of opening a dashboard.
