In mnemopi recall(), buildWhere() appended a redundant hard channel_id = ? clause on top of the visibility clause, so any scope='global' row whose channel didn't match, including imported rows with channel_id NULL, was silently dropped for every caller passing a channel. Which is exactly what the coding-agent memory backend does. GitHub 24,930 stars. A memory store that returns fewer rows than it holds fails invisibly, and that's the worst class of bug in a memory system.
