Terra Pro cost over three times what Sol did and still solved one fewer challenge, per theaq.blog's HTB-Challenger write-up.

Sol solved 15 of 16 Hack The Box challenges in an August 17 benchmark of five GPT-5.6 variants, per theaq.blog. The benchmark tests exploit and reconnaissance skill, not code generation. A 93.75% clear rate matters for anyone trusting agents with offensive security tools.
Five variants ran the same 16 challenges. Luna solved half, Luna Pro reached 68.75%, Terra hit 75%, Terra Pro climbed to 87.5%, and Sol topped out at 93.75%. Luna scored zero on every Hard-tier challenge.
Sol's one miss wasn't a blank. It submitted a flag on a Hard challenge that looked plausible but differed only slightly from the correct one. That made it a false positive, not a failure to attempt.
Terra Pro cost a median $0.91 per challenge. Sol cost $0.29 and solved one more challenge. Price and accuracy didn't move together across the five variants, per the HTB-Challenger benchmark.
Sol's only miss was a near-correct flag, not a blank. The real gap between 93.75% and a perfect score is grading precision, not exploit skill. Worth watching whether HTB-Challenger tightens flag-matching before other labs cite this as a security benchmark.
