The change targets a specific failure point in human-to-agent review loops. Pasting a comment into a chat window drops the file and line, leaving the agent to guess before it can act.
The Agent Manager's PR panel now collapses resolved threads into one-line rows inside a Resolved group, with each thread's replies visible. Every comment card carries five buttons: Send to agent, Resolve, Copy, Open file, and Open on GitHub.
One button sends every unresolved comment to the agent at once. Each arrives as a structured review comment tied to its file and line, not a block of text to parse back into context.
The release notes don't say what happens once a project has more open comments than the panel can show at a glance. They also don't explain why Copy still gets a button when Send to agent covers the same job.
